In Today's Real Estate Market... The trend is going to Renting/Leasing. Therefore if you wish to become a member (limited to 300 agents), many leads will be renting/leasing
The idea is to help the Potential Renter look into a 1-2 Year Lease/Lease Option. Then the Seller of a house may look at an option to Lease. The person looking for a rental has you as an agent
to find a home.  The Potential Renter pays nothing to the you the agent.  You as an agent then have a Happy Renter/Lessee that eventually could be a home buyer.
The Idea is to look at this long term.

You will get Purchase/Listing Leads (if you only work purchase and listing leads then we ask that you provide the Lease/Rental Leads to an Agent that could possibly help.)
You are the Only Real Estate Agent that receives the Lead.

Example of a LEASE/RENTAL:
A one Year lease say is $1300.00 a month.  So the commission on the lease would be 3%-6% of a one Year Lease Term
1300 x 12 = $15,600:   3%= $468.00; 6% = $936
