How does your company get the leads?

That's what we do best, Getting Leads..." Internet infomercials" Opt-In E-Mails, Directories, Pay-Per-Click Advertising and others.

If I can’t reach a lead or they already have an agent, will I still have to pay?

This rarely happens.. Remember the lead is in the process of being Phone Verified and We are working on getting a Loan Application.

If I don’t close any deals, will I still have to pay?

Yes... We are Advertising, We do Guarantee Minimum of 6 Pre-Approved Loan Applicants, remember a lot depends on your tenacity level too! We see NO reason why you can not close a good percentage of these Loan Apps!

Can I specify an area by county, zip code?

You specify an Area by County or Counties, by State if you or you team can work the whole State. There are exceptions however.

How many zip codes can I get?

Again you can have as many Counties as you can handle. Some Larger Counties are split up (For Example Los Angeles County is 4 Areas).

Can you check to see if you have a Loan Application in a specific county/area?

Why should I do business with you as opposed to another company?

We Offer a 1 Year Membership that includes Pre-Qualified Buyers (Pre-Approval Loan) Needing an Agent... If that is not a reason then what is? 

How did you get my number?

The Internet, Yellow Page Directories, Other Directories or a Search... or maybe a referral from another agent or lender.

How long have you been in business?

We started doing Internet Advertising for Various Businesses in 1997.

How can you guarantee my Loan Applications?

That is in the Contract/Agreement. The Time frame will vary due to the nature of the Internet and what area of the United states the potential client is in and how large of an area you can work in... We do guarantee delivery with in a given time period.

Are you Licensed Real Estate Agents?

NO.  Although we do have some experience in Real Estate it is NOT our Expertise. We rely on you to provide that for our network.   There are NO referral fees!  We are a marketing company and Loan Officers.

The Fee  is $2995 per year. Pricing is anticipated to go up in 2006.  There are NO other Costs.
